We did a couple of things this holiday, minus Jer. He was in Vegas for work, lucky him!!!! First our primary was in the Bountiful parade. This may be the last time I ever do this. It was sooooo bloody hot. 
Then on the night of the 24th we had some of our neighbors over for fireworks. So thanks to these guys my kiddos got to watch fireworks, Jer gone and mom doesn't lite fireworks.

Poor Mimi looks like she is going to all but wither in that picture. Poor tourtured kid.
